LOSERS ARE WINNERS IN REVERSE
Most losers plan to fail by failing to plan. They work hard at it, as hard as a winner works at success. They have become what they have worked so hard to succeed at – a success at failing.
The most important observation of behavioural differences between the two is that a WINNERS behaviour tends to lead to rewards for those around them, whereas the LOSERS behaviour is best described maintaining status quo.
Losers won’t rock the boat even on workplace systems they had probably designed themselves. Their highest congratulation is silence, and their most desirable end result is to avoid rocking the boat at all cost, or to never do any more than expected of them.
