I’d like a dollar for every person I’ve ever spoken to that overlooks the value of a customer (any trading customer), to their existing business.
Existing customers are perhaps one of the major underestimated foundations of any business. Yet, they’re that important, banks lend against them, credit is given to them, cash-flow is dependant on them, and they vital role in the good-will value of a business.
