Peters personal closing rate at the time shattered every world record by writing 89% of all attempted sales on the first call, only to be bettered by his efforts at 92% on the first call the following year.  During that same period his personal cancellation rate was less than 0.02%.  And all that was achieved while he ran the sales force Australia-wide, as National Sales Manager, yet personally outsold every other sales person (no matter what their rank) in the process.
