As you visualise your goals, think of the different ways that you could practice the qualities that you are developing in your personality, your new lifestyle and the joys that will bring. Along the way, reward yourself for achieving minor goals and overcoming set-backs with real and tangible rewards like a good lunch or dinner. Or it could be anywhere from jewelry or even a weekend away. By rewarding yourself for your little goals, you set your mind to accept a big reward whenever you achieve a big goal. If you don’t, it may be hard to accept the really big reward you are focussing on when it materialises.
