EXPECTATIONS OF ISSUES CONFRONTING YOU

During those times when you’re really confused because of the issues confronting you, or if you’re worried, or when you don’t have a clue what to do next to get on top of things, take a deep breath, relax for a minute, call out to God and allow Him to take over and work on your behalf. But whatever your situation never let panic or worry guide your decisions – after you have given things over to God.

No matter what the challenge confronting you right now, you’ll be amazed at the insight you get from waiting on God instead, of striving to find answers on your own, or in your own strength.

The Bible Offers the Support You Need Right Now

Now, before you consider making any decision after giving things over to God, read Philippians 4:11-13. It’s a great Scripture for a time such as this … “For I have learned, in whatever state I am, to be content. I know how to be abased, and I know how to abound; in any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and want. I can do all things in him who strengthens me.”

Another thing is, never simply react on your first impulse – instead, meditate on what God would want from you and realize that He is in control. When you do this, you’ll be able to see His hand working in just about any situation once you’ve take a step back and realize it’s not your plan that get you through this, but His.

Dream Big and Follow Up on the Finer Details

If you’re a dreamer, you also need to be a doer to achieve God’s best in your life. You need to dream big dreams, but have to also put your faith into action. The Bible tells us “faith without works is dead.”

Then whatever part of life needs an extra input of God’s blessings, continue to sow seeds of encouragement, hope, faithfulness and live a disciplined life. When you are faithful in doing that, God will reward your diligence and you will reap your harvest of Success.

In 1 Chronicles 22:12, we read, “Only may the Lord give you wisdom and understanding, and give you charge concerning Israel, that you may keep the law of the Lord your God. Then you will prosper, if you take care to fulfil the statutes and judgments with which the Lord charged Moses concerning Israel. Be strong and of good courage; do not fear nor be dismayed.” And that’s exactly what you’ll need to do. You’ll need to summon up the faith to be strong, courageous, and not fear the situation or be dismayed by the events.

Another key to this can be found in Joshua 1:8, where the scripture goes on to say, “This book of the law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it; for then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have success.”

There are More Simple Ways to Overcome Your Fears

Just imagine if what you are going through, you changed your belief to one of understanding that, no matter what has been taken away from you; no matter what losses you’ve experienced; if you give it all over to God, He will return to you more than you could ever ask or imagine. All you need is to muster up the faith to accept that fact. And when you learn to accept that fact, He’ll make things right and give you more than what was lost or stolen from you in the first place.

When you put your hope in God, He blesses you abundantly. God also wants to multiply your joy, peace, wisdom, health and finances with a double portion in every area of your life! \

Now Move Forward

The first step in moving forward into this fresh future is forgetting the disappointments of yesterday. It’s time to forget about those disappointments and reach out in faith to God’s abundant future. Jesus never reprimanded His disciples in public or made them feel stupid. He made them feel loved and appreciated. In fact, Jesus let his disciples know that He thought so highly of them that He planned to give them the keys to the kingdom of heaven (Matthew 16:19).

He never embarrassed them or belittled anyone who served Him. He overlooked their faults and limitations and celebrated their strengths. As ambassadors of Christ, and should speak words of hope and encouragement and build others up – focussing on their strengths. When we do this will begin to see God’s favour over our own life. Then we will experience each and every victory that He has in store for us.

Your Focus Comes from the Word of God

7Give it everything you have, heart and soul. Make sure you carry out The Revelation that Moses commanded you, every bit of it. Don’t get off track, either left or right, so as to make sure you get to where you’re going. 8And don’t for a minute let this Book of The Revelation be out of mind. Ponder and meditate on it day and night, making sure you practice everything written in it. Then you’ll get where you’re going; then you’ll succeed. 9Haven’t I commanded you? Strength! Courage! Don’t be timid; don’t get discouraged. GOD, your God, is with you every step you take.” Joshua 1:7-9 – Message

Remember, our God is a good God who wants the best for those who are his children. In Jeremiah 29:11 we are assured of this: “For I Know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope”.

When you are full of joy and have a good attitude, you will find it easy to keep yourself strong. That attitude of faith paves the way for God to work miracles – and it paves the way for God to turn your situation around! No matter what that situation may be.

God can show you a way through no matter what you are facing

No Matter what situation you are confronted by in today’s busy world, the Word of God has either a solution, and uplifting word, the guidance you need or the encouragement to keep going at a time when all around you seems hopeless or inadequate. The fact is, your thoughts determine your destiny. You can’t make the smallest decision without thinking about it and you can’t dwell on negative thoughts and expect a positive result. Proverbs 23:7 says: “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” If you dwell on God’s Word, “You are an overcomer,” because, “You can do all things through Chris.” Once these scriptures get down in your spirit, you can become what the scripture says. The following word should help you regain your focus

Romans 1:17
