BUILDING SELF CONFIDENCE

Building self-confidence is a long-term job. I think of it as a life-time task. Most of us find that when we face new situations or crises we suddenly falter, even though we may usually feel very confident. The skills we have learnt can help us to overcome these feeling of inadequacy, but we need to encourage ourselves continually.
