BECOME AN INVALUABLE RESOURCE
In every business customer base there are usually a number of issues relevant to the greater percentage. You could alert your customers to magazine articles, seminars, new strategies, marketing techniques, and so on. Whatever you do, if you make them feel they can’t do without you, they’ll keep promoting you – even keep suggesting others that could use the product.
GIVE THEM REFERRALS
If they’re providing you with business, do the same for them. Refer them onto others on a regular basis.
However, every time you do this, call them and not only tell them who you referred to them but also provide them with a name and telephone contact number. That way, if your referred client doesn’t contact them (and up to 95% won’t) they at least will have the ability to follow them up themselves.
