    Thank you Sofie Nubani for sharing this. Far too many salespeople either don’t set goals; their goals fall away before the due sate; their goals are only partially fulfilled; or their goals become a form of frustration. The issue is the way we set goals today are based on outdated ideas and ideologies. The process I have shared is little known but something the supersellers have used for decades. I learned this more than 40 years ago and still use it today. The fact is, you can overachieve your goals with this method

    I started writting about your post re goals.
    Half a page later i lost it due to incoming call.it wasnt saved. It is too much to write here anyway…i am inspired by the content and will post it in my nuggets post..it is a stand alone topic worthy of my input as i discovered it for what it is halfway thru my career…it changed my game.

    Barry Myatt that’s a real shame that you lost the content of your comment. You seem to be one of the few that understands the potency and power of this process – it’s awesome when understood and applied. But then who wouldn’t want to overachieve in their goals and in life?

    Peter Collins i think the culprit is the ego who makes you think you have a handle on it all, based on mundane accomplishments. The effort put in to learning how to shoot pool and taking others money is goal oriented..these same people who happen to be salespeople for some reason have not had a good teacher to show them the art..the ones they had failed.
